About
Who we are
You may have never been in an accident, but you probably know someone who has. Unfortunately, current emergency response solutions are not equipped to deal with the number of emergency cases in a given day.
- Very few of them manage to respond within the "golden time" of 30 minutes, leading to major complications or even death.
- But don't worry. We've got a solution: Livve App.
- An emergency management platform that streamlines the emergency response process.
By eliminating the control room, we automate the entire emergency response from help request, to relevant victim retrieval, to live case updates, cutting a nearly 40 minute process to just under 20.

Victim requests help. Request is sent to nearby hospitals, police and emergency contacts containing navigation to user’s location & hospital list & police station info is rendered with single click dial.
- If partner hospital/police accepts request, then relevant victim info (ex. medical history) is sent to hospital/police for early processing.
- Live videocall with emergency vehicle begins, and optimal routes generated to and from victim.
- Victim status, and route from vehicle to victim is regularly updated on both victim and emergency vehicle's screens. This is also visible to the hospital/police station monitoring the case.
All activity, including video is recorded for proof.
Live HD video call for victim and provider
Live video between victim and emergency supporter for professional assistance over internet
Anomaly Detection machine learning model detects emotions, objects, current situation from video
- How 5G empowers our video conferencing?
- Empowers us to improve reaction times & quality(1080p) of video-conference.
- Allows to take in huge amounts of data from live video stream making its analysis & output time lightning fast and accurate.
- With 5G's data throughput (>10 Gbps) we can detect faces, emotions, age, sex from video, regardless of pose, lighting, etc.
Relishing 5G which meets the demand of 10 GBPS speed we accelerate the transferring and saving of vast real-time data under huge loads.
1080p video stream, user records, status section and dashboard credentials are updated in real time.
- Stored Victim Information, including age, medical history, contacts are rendered to hospital and EMRV.
- Map data is used to calculate and render optimal route from Hospital/Police station to victim & Update the real-time route of emergency vehiclea &user location.
- User shown nearest hospitals/police stations, based on the time it would take for hospitals to reach victim with single click dial.
Trail auditing is done & all case activity, including video, recorded for post-case proceedings.
Victim status, and route from vehicle to victim is regularly updated on both victim and emergency vehicle's screens. This is also visible to the hospital/police station monitoring the case.
Map component uses real time data to :
- Calculate and show optimal route from Hospital/Police station to victim.
- Update the real-time route of emergency vehicle
- Continuously updates User and Emergency Vehicle location.
User status (stable, unstable, conscious), EMT status (waiting, en route) & Distance and Time to victim automatically calculated and updated live.

Accomplishments
What we've done
ON-FIELD TESTING
The On-Field Testing of Livve was done on 9th July 2021 in collaboration with Dr. Akhilesh Das Gupta Institute of Technology & Management (BBD group) under the supervision of Prof.(Dr) Sanjay Kumar, Director, ADGITM and Dr. Anupam Kumar Sharma, Head of Department, Computer Science, ADGITM. Testing was done by creating the same scenario as that in a Medical/Police emergency case in Delhi.
Conclusions drawn from the testing :
1. Reduction of Current Indian Emergency average response and connectivity time from 11 minutes 30 seconds to 11 seconds.
2. Removal of sub optimal response times of calls and calls not being answered due to overload of responders in control room reducing it to as low as 3 seconds.
3. Provision of accurate real time data with less than a 1% delay.
4. Provision of medical history and user status supports in-ambulance treatment and enables early preparation by hospital.
5. Provision of Quality Video and Machine Learning facilitates case scenario response and also improves early preparation by hospital.
